Artisanal Cheeses:
The Taste of Tradition

The Nilvana Farm, since 1921, has been producing fresh goat’s milk cheeses. It was one of the companies in the producers’ association that, in 1979, developed and filed the regulations to obtain the D.O.P. certification for Robiola di Roccaverano.

The Art of Goat's Cheese: Four Generations of Passion

Nestled in the greenery of the Piedmont hills, at the foot of the Apennines, there is a farm that, for four generations, driven by a love for nature and tradition, has been producing high-quality goat cheeses. The excellence of our products is also due to the fertile and prosperous land of our valley and a careful selection of livestock, always of purely local origin.

Happy Goats in the Pasture and in the Barn

The farm houses a herd of 250 goats that are free to graze during the warm months and kept in the barn during the colder months. The barn is equipped with the most advanced systems to ensure proper milking and animal welfare that far exceed standard requirements. The goats certainly appreciate it!
